Inspection Sticker Update
Customers that passed their inspection on March 1, 2019, had a ‘2’ printed on the sticker as the expiration month, instead of a ‘3’. Also, customers who failed their inspection on March 1 and later passed their reinspection may also have the incorrect month printed on their sticker.
Any customers that received an inspection on March 1 and would like a corrected inspection sticker that displays March as the expiration month need to contact the Applus Customer Service Center (844-358-0135) to arrange for their corrected sticker. Customers need to contact the Customer Service Center no later than May 24, 2019, to obtain a corrected sticker.
You are not required to obtain a corrected sticker. All inspections stickers issued on March 1, 2019 are valid, and will expire on February 29, 2020.
